This invitation is the official call to SFQ’s Extra congress on Saturday, May 28th 2022. This is the first invitation which includes basic information about the congress. More practical information (e.g. Zoom-link, election committee candidate descriptions and other attachments) will be sent to participants after signing up.
Important Notes:
A.) Extra Election – Election committee
Currently, SFQ is looking for election committee members to ensure that the statutes are fulfilled when electing the 2023 federal positions at the annual congress to be held in October. Any member who is interested is greatly encouraged to participate. Deadline for applications/nominations: Tuesday, May 10th 2022 (People who attend the congress can also be nominated at the congress itself.)
B.) Voting Procedure for Extra Election
Although every member of SFQ is welcome to participate in discussions and share their opinion, only the local branch delegates are allowed to vote during elections.
C.) Extra Congress Registration
You need to register in order to attend the congress, so that we can email you the zoom link: Registration Form
Deadline to register: Wednesday, May 18th 2022. Note: The congress agenda has only one main point (see attachments below) and is expected to last a maximum of two hours. SFQ will therefore not be reimbursing food expenses at this congress.

Safe space
The congress will be held in a safe and closed space with only registered participants, the
board of SFQ, the auditors, the election committee, and the congress presidium. Moreover, we
have a strict policy about not publishing photos without participants’ consent.
