Important Notes:
A.) Extra Election – Election committee
Currently, SFQ is looking for election committee members to ensure that the statutes are fulfilled when electing the 2023 federal positions at the annual congress to be held in October. Any member who is interested is greatly encouraged to participate. Fill in this form if you would like to nominate yourself for the election committee (and feel free to send the link to your friends!): Nomination Form
Deadline for applications/nominations: Tuesday, May 10th 2022 (People who attend the congress can also be nominated at the congress itself.)

B.) Voting Procedure for Extra Election
Although every member of SFQ is welcome to participate in discussions and share their opinion, only the local branch delegates are allowed to vote during elections.

C.) Extra Congress Registration
You need to register in order to attend the congress, so that we can email you the zoom link: Registration Form
Deadline to register: Wednesday, May 18th 2022. Note: The congress agenda has only one main point (see attachments below) and is expected to last a maximum of two hours. SFQ will therefore not be reimbursing food expenses at this congress.
