This invitation is the official call for SFQ’s annual congress 2020. This is the first invitation which includes basic information for you. Date: 21–22 November 2020
Place: ONLINE via zoom
Currently, SFQ is facing a challenge of having too few board members to function properly. Any member who is interested in becoming a part of the national board is greatly encouraged to participate. If not enough board members are elected, the federation needs to be dissolved.
Only the local branch delegates are allowed to vote. However, every member of SFQ is welcome to participate and share their opinion.

You need to register in order to attend the congress, so that we can email you the zoom link and send goodie bags by post to your address. Participants are entitled to reimbursement of breakfast, lunch, and fika expenses (keep the receipts and talk to our treasurer after the meeting).

Safe space
The congress will be held in a safe and closed space with only registered participants, the board of SFQ, the auditors, election committee and the congress presidial. Moreover, we have strict policy about not publishing photos without participants’ consent.
