The project Religion hjärta hbtq (eng. Religion Hearts LGBT) was a three-year long project financed by the Swedish Inheritance Fund and was finished in the autumn of 2012. The project’s goal was to strengthen religious LGBT people’s identity in both LGBT- and religion related situations. The project has gathered and written materials for different institutions to work with. SFQ has worked with the catholic community of St Eugenia and the Catholic Forum on this project.
The book that was the result of the project is called “God is Greater: materials about belief, LGBT and stuff like that” (Gud är större: ett material om tro, HBT och sånt) ed.: Lina Kurttila.
